An outstanding medium growing Lillypilly with large, glossy leaves. New growth is one of the darkest crimson foliages available. White flowers borne over summer are followed by edible berries. It is hardy and dry tolerant and responds well to shaping.

Once established, quite dry tolerant requiring only an occasional long soak during extended periods of heat. Grows well in most soil types which are well draining.
