An outstanding medium growing Lillypilly with large, glossy leaves. New growth is one of the darkest crimson foliages available. White flowers borne over summer are followed by edible berries. It is hardy and dry tolerant and responds well to shaping.

• Topiary specimen in gardens or large tubs
• Low water gardens
• Low maintenance areas
• Small, Native gardens, Coastal regions
Once established, quite dry tolerant requiring only an occasional long soak during extended periods of heat. Grows well in most soil types which are well draining. Prune to shape during early spring to encourage dense habit. Use a fertiliser formulated for natives according to manufacturer’s directions.
